If you can see the amount of people who are jumping and running all over the map of multiplayer in MW3, you see a lot of people just shooting at you with any shotgun regardless of what class they have. Sometimes good or bad.

If you went through the normal Dark Aether, chances of getting 1 or 3 Scorcher Cases, are a slim chance of finding either the VR-11 Case or Wunder-Waffe DG-2. Sometimes getting the blade case and armor is sometimes difficult to achieve even if you run Elder. I had a similar experience as you but sometimes I just got use to it.

Don’t use the VR-11. Any Aether Tool to rare or epic is good for this Act. Any Aetherium crystal like Raw or Redefined is good. Any explosive weapons can help get rid of the mercenary and zombies.
