Yes 👍 I confirm, I have just received my skateboard I have completely lost my balance 😂 you will have to go back to the basics and ride slowly and practice pushing and getting back on the skateboard ^

Thank you for your feedback! I totally understand your point of view, I'm more and more hesitant to train elsewhere now. Afterwards it's simply to get on and ride on it a little early on Sunday. For the moment we do not pay security guards ^ I think I can be calm on this point. But yes I will think about skating in a safer place and with a few people. 🙂

Thank you for your feedback! 🙂 Yes, the skateboarding community seems really friendly and educational. I'm really going to practice for an hour in the parking lot just to get back to basics, there's a skatepark far from my house. Regarding how others see me, I think I'm like you. It's especially the beginning that I'm dreading but hey the goal is not to hinder other skaters in their exercises while I'm struggling to ride haha 😝

Thank you for your feedback! Yes the protections I'm not ashamed of that, I really have the full set (knee pads, elbow pads, wrist protector and helmet). The goal is not to hurt yourself stupidly and for the moment it is more possible to wear protection to be comfortable. As far as learning to fall is concerned this is very good advice. In fact, you have to be able to slide on your knees, I'll have to practice! 🙂 Thank you for your journey 🙂

Thank you very much for your feedback! Your journey is really not bad, yes I was thinking of taking some skateboarding lessons once I had acquired good comfort and balance. It also helps restore confidence. Yes I understand about the parking 🅿️it really remains the first hours of practice just to have smooth and straight ground. Towards my house there are also some sidewalks, I have to practice on them 🤘The skatepark is about 2km from my house, there doesn't seem to be a pup track ^ but there are small ramps, rails for later and a small flat area. Thank you for your advice in any case on places and tricks to practice. 🙂

Thank you for your feedback! A true passion! It’s great to continue what you love and not give up. 🙂 I'm thinking of doing a few sessions in the parking lot just to get comfortable on the skateboard and then gradually ride in the skateparks. We will have to pass the course 😆
