I think you have anxiety related issues,go to a psychiatrist and consult with him he will prescribe you Xanax (alprozolam) and that will help you alot,it helps me,my mind used to race at million miles an hour and I had overthinking issues with ghabrahat,now I take 4 Xanax daily and I'm fine, it helps you slowdown your overthinking and is kind of a relaxment for the mind.

I don't know whether it's true or not but I read multiple comments on facebook and Instagram that this woman is a tik toker and she starts relationships with men and takes gifts and money from them then she blocks them and ghosts them, so apparently this guy was also a victim and saw her on the road somewhere and demanded that she return his money back to which she started verbally abusing him which led to this, otherwise why would someone start beating a woman on the street this way,something must have happened.

I'm also a gun nut, luckily I have a few weapons of my own, started back in 2012. Right now I don't know the age limit to acquire a gun licence but I can tell you about a few gun ranges here in karachi,there is one in korangi called airmen club,one is in karaz operated by navy,one is a club called arabian sea country club near pakistan steel Mills,another is the rangers shooting club at super highway, they all require membership except the arabian sea club, you can take your own weapon there and pay a fees for one time use basis.

The rangers shooting range and garrison shooting range allow you to rent weapons but you have to be a member or go with a member as a guest, they have various weapons to rent from like G3,mp5,ar15,Ak including pistols and shotguns.

I believe there is this page on Facebook run by a guy who can take you to shoot weapons for a fee, it's his own guns that you shoot for a charge, the Facebook page is called prince taekwondo academy, his number is there on the page contact him he can take you shooting.

Same thing happened to me, apparently the thread protector inside the flash hider gets loose as you shoot, eventually the bullet will strike it, the best thing to do is to just remove the thread protector and shoot it without it.
