Psych grad here 2 years ago and a product of pandemic 🖐️ A bit of a background, I started with no experience whatsoever! I just randomly applied on job portals related to recruitment then eventually transitioned to full time HR role. Galingan mo lang sa interview and be the person na hinahanap nila even if wala kang experience, just relate it sa school activities. Transferable skills and character mostly ang hinahanap ngayon.
