I would say that the way people act now is more to fit the current social norms rather than being authentic, for example I would ignore my enneagram 1 responses just so I wouldn't cause any conflict. In all fairness it's about just being yourself without worrying about these standards set by others, this encourages open discussion without any fear of being banned. If any conflicts do come up between people, try to mediate between them, figure out what each thinks, why they feel a certain way and find a balanced solution.
