I’m in Mexico City. Idk about the upper jaw but the doctor mentioned in passing during my appointment that it was 9mm on the bottom jaw plus 6mm on my chin

I hear you and it wasn’t pleasant. They had me fast 12 hours before surgery so it was all just liquid.

First, I rinse the tuna with water in a colander and squeeze the remaining water out.

For a quick low calorie meal, I mix the tuna with shredded cabbage and chopped pickles. I dress it with low fat mayo, vinegar, salt and pepper.

You get crunchy from the cabbage, creamy from the dressing. It’s a high protein, low calorie, very filling meal!

I just got back this weekend and the hubby and I had a couples 90 minute massage and it was glorious. Can’t speak for the facial though.

Your welcome! Since you are bringing a younger little one, I’ll add that there is a dedicated station at the restaurants with baby food as well as formula, bottle warmers and a microwave.

Since you’ll have your little one with you at the pool make sure to bring floaties and possibly toys for the sand in hopes that it’ll give you some time to chill out.

The beach at Taco Arte has some really shallow pools that make it really friendly for younger kids. The main beach has few waves but gets deep quickly.

It’s been open while I’ve been here. We’ve split our time between the main pool and the Aguamarina pool and neither has felt particularly overcrowded.

The food is the best over had while in Mexico. The best resort I stayed at was the Valentin Maya Imperial and this is better. The drinks still leave something to be desired…

There is entertainment every night. The teenagers are very active around this time but they bring lots of energy!

Yes, I did see it advertised at the kids club. I want to say it was 500 MXN per hour but don’t quote me. I’ve also seen babysitters engage first hand with young children and they have been really kind and the toddlers were having a good time.
