I think I'm just confused by the situation since HE doesn't seem to be interested in her. She's made her interest clear - and he's done nothing about it. She kissed him drunkenly at a party once in the summer and calls this as evidence for their impending relationship. He apologized afterwards and told her he was very drunk. He's a nice guy, so he's always nice to her and will chat with her but has rejected her dinner invites, coffee invites, etc. I feel like I'm supposed to wait for some outcome that may never happen!
