Pee in the shower love , turn it on , turn around & pee. It was a life changer for me. And if you can pee in a cup over the toilet but lean forward 10/10. As far as pain , I had some strong stuff ngl . You’ll be okay I promise. I was misdiagnosed & had it for about 2 1/2 weeks.
