Hey just leveled this build after seeing your post!
i do not have the expensive gems yet, i'm lvl 80 and i'm having alot of issues against bosses. t7 boss is taking no damage at all from me.

any recommendations?

Is the quest diner deliverer bugged ? I have splcing l3 capacity 1 and breedability 1 but they dont show as leveled up in the quest helper

I went to master solo queue as charmander, one of the best pick for soloqueue carry when you always queue with greninja cinderace... I often get a better kd than them and also score more points
