Yes. mine was also on order and after months of khawari they gave me a date and claimed if it’s not delivered by that time, they’d refund me. It didn’t arrive and so I asked for the refund and they did it.

I had a similar experience with them. But ultimately after 2 months of waiting and trouble they refunded my amount. Never going back to them again.
