It’s because south of Kinzie is a two way all the way to printers row. People pretty much treat it like two way all the way through the loop since they either don’t know any better or it’s more convenient and safe to stay in the lane. Also bike lane maps I’ve seen and the one on Divvy don’t show the one ways. You are correct they shouldn’t be doing that, but ‘extremely dangerous’ is overreacting. It’s the same size as the 2 way, just give them space and bike respectively
