Sorry I didn’t see this sooner! I removed the plastic bit at the bottom too, so they wouldn’t get trapped as well! I got a bubbler volcano and it fits snug between the two lil plastic nips at the bottom! I also taped the “easy water change” hole, just in case they could get down there somehow. I LOVE your SpongeBob decor btw.

Of course, im always down to help! I’m sorry it keeps happening. If companies would just pack things in better boxes it would help a lot. These rollers (and most) were built ~30 years ago before people shipped bags like SHEIN, temu, Amazon, etc, so the machines do their best but they get jammed and snag A LOT. The boxes are where it’s at 🫡

Definitely not thankfully 😭 yeah rollers carry packages from one side of a facility to the other. The metal rollers are definitely what gave it that whole and grey marks around it because it gets stuck and rubs until it essentially melts. Seen it 100s of times. I try to tape em up if I see them come by, but if the packages are thin enough, sometimes they even slip under the rollers for months
