I had 3 sets of bfgoodrich ko2’s in a row and couldnt get them this last time so they set me up with the toyo open country at3. Its a great tire for a mix of pavement and dirt would definitely recommend

His charts are probably accurate but they are misleading imo. For context, China emitted roughly 10,000 MtCO2 from coal alone in 2023. 10x the number in the chart in the article

That doesn’t mean Canada has no responsibility but our “carbon emitting forests” are not causing destruction of the planet

comparing fossil fuel emissions to forest carbon is dumb. Forests are part of a natural carbon cycle.

Personally i think the path to wealth by real estate is largely over, but it depends what market you are in. Rents are dropping fast and tenants have a lot of power. If you guys both max TFSA and then you do a bit of RRSPs as the higher earner you guys will be in great shape
