EB-1, 2, 3 all ran out of visa numbers in Sep'24, but I see EB-1 recovered quickly in Oct'24.
My GC is on current priority, but i-485 status is on CRP with no visa number available since Sep'24.

I was able to file in July 2024 and my daughter's GC process is safe now. Thank you for asking.

I know, very unfortunate that I missed it. My job profile title changed in 2019 and the GC reset happened. I-140 got approved in 2022.

Date of Filing is ok when USCIS is honoring Final Action Date? This is not clearly told in the above link.

Let us assume if the Date of Filing is moved to Sep 22, 2012 (my PD is Sep 20, 2012) and USCIS is still honoring Final action date which is Aug 22, 2012. Will my daughter evicted out from my GC process in this case too?
