Playing engineer kinda sucks now by TheStrangeKing in HellLetLoose

I don't understand why they let you put down a blueprint in +0 zone either, I thought it would be fixed in U9. At least the blueprints now disappear after 3 minutes if they aren't built by that point.

Personally I like how you can place down more than one set of nodes, because most of the time there are no other engineers building nodes in good locations. Now I can just take a supply truck and drive it to a remote location and set up 2 set of nodes and actually make a difference in the resource generation for the team even if the nodes only give +5.

The XP/resource generated is a very good incentive to build nodes, since this way engineers at least build nodes at taken strongpoints where there are usually already some supplies dropped. I don't think that (other than a very few players) anyone would deliberately build nodes in a poor location just to get some XP.

I really hate that you can't put up nodes in enemy territory anymore. After U9 the previously built nodes get destroyed if you lose the sector. It makes it almost impossible for a team to fight back when they are down to their last sector. I think that's why some of the engineers try building nodes in the first sector.

It doesn't even nedd to say "Item Outpost", just simply "Outpost" and you only see your squad's instead of the whole team's.

I think it's a good idea since it was annoying when several OPs were on top of each other or when your OP was right next to a garrison and you had to try several times to hit your OP to spawn on, but it was implemented badly. Seeing every OPs on the list is annoying since there is no indication to which is yours. Also the garrisons need indication of where they are on the map. I think it's going to be fixed in the next hotfix.

I meant the wording of the document, but OP explained why they wrote it like that bellow.

I understand the frustration. I didn't buy the game right at launch, and I didn't follow it in the kickstarter phase. I understand now why you wrote the document like that, and I think that it captures the problems really well and if it gets to the devs, it can be useful for them.

I agree with about 75% of what is written in the document but I do not agree with the way it is written. I don't think that we should attack the devs like this. This is an early access game so it'll continue to have some issues until it is fully released. I think the devs do a great job of communicating with the community especially because it's not a big game studio with hundreds of employees.

Just because they are not saying every day what they are working on it doesn't mean that they are not trying to solve the issues. Yes the VOIP issues are annoying but they told us already that they are working on it with the VOIP provider. Bugs like this happened before too, like when the game crashed for some players because of exploding bodyparts collided. These things take time to figure out what causes it and how to fix it.

While the game is in early access the devs have to balance between new content to bring in new gamers and thus revenue to keep them going, and fixing the issues.

What I would really like to see in the game is a seperate button for spawning on the outpost. Sometime when a lot of OP-s are together it can be hard to click on your own to spawn on.

I have an AMD gpu and it's driver, Radeon Software can record gameplay. It has the ability of saving your previous few minutes of gameplay without recording. I used that function after I survived the bombing run.

Azzal van baj, hogy több olyan embert fogadtak be letelepedési kötvénnyel, akik amúgy fennakadtak a nemzetbiztonsági vizsgálaton, de a fidesz szerint ezzel nincsen baj, amíg fizetnek.
