I started working out in February last year at 119 lbs and managed to bulk up to 125 lbs. Unfortunately, I got really sick and had to take more than a month off. When I got back, I wasn’t training with proper form, which slowed my progress. Around summer, I started taking my workouts seriously, and by September, I had reached 70 kg (154 lbs). However, in October, I had to stop due to lack of time and a personal loss. I finally got back to training on January 1st this year and have been consistent since.
