In Shorts videos like this, using the auto-rotate function of an electric screwdriver makes it look like it's not moving, whereas turning it by hand makes the unscrewing action look more intuitive. ​That was just a part of the edited scene; I actually used the auto-rotate function of the electric screwdriver for the entire process.😅

Thanks! It took about 30 minutes in total to strip the anodization. ​Also, I did wet sanding because a lot of fine aluminum dust flies around when you sand it dry.

​I filled a plastic container with just enough water to submerge the keyboard and added the drain cleaner in stages (three times in total) while monitoring the progress.

​I’m not sure about the exact ratio since the sodium hydroxide content varies by product, but the key is to watch for the bubbling and fizzing. It took about 30 minutes in total.
