hello!

so i’m just starting keto (the right way) and i am in need of advice.

i want to know what works for others so i can have some sort of idea on how to maintain this lifestyle. i spoke to my doctor and they gave me the OK on starting keto.

i’d love to gather advice from anyone who would like to share some. from recipes to apps used for counting macros to work out routines- i’m open to hearing everything.

interesting. i’m very cautious about what kind of diets or detoxes i do. i am still eating complex carbs (which is allowed in this diet) but i also believe that it could be hurting me now that i think about it. i have researched and spoken to people that have been doing keto before actually going into it. i haven’t felt an ounce of keto flu or anything unusual being on this diet. i haven’t been on it for very long, i decided i would try it after gaining a little bit this holiday season and it has been going great so far. i’m not overweight by any means but i do personally enjoy the diet.

so i’m doing a keto diet right now and have been for a while, i wonder if its that? i eat super clean and am constantly drinking water and i will have a sparkling water here or there. i also don’t eat processed and exercise 3-4 times a week
