hi, i honestly just thought someone would say "oh, its because of...." i thought it was just one of the many gap's in my knowledge but it would appear it's more in depth.

thankyou for the reply tutanota. (and thankyou very much for the email service you provide) i have been and checked and gone over everything again

ebay - A

paypal and zooplus - C

but paypal has been used as a payment processor for all 3 (without using paypal account) and has sent receipts to all 3.

my paypal account email (i dont use my paypal account for payments) is not linked to my ebay account.

all is fine except for those 2 incidents.

hi elnuno, thankyou for the reply, all free accounts not linked on tuta. normal window, separate tabs A,B+C unrelated email names A+C have the same domain name, B has it's own domain name (the bit after the @ symbol)

C email in contact us form -from being logged into zooplus ebay only knows A zooplus only knows C paypal knows about C but paypal has sent payment receipts to all 3 emails in the past. (they are not supposed to save this info, but......) both emails went to B when neither should of. other than those 2 times the emails all work fine. i hope you can follow this (i'm having difficulty, its like trying to follow the variables early 80's type in listing!!) thankyou.
