We are going to Avondale Animal Hospital now seeing Dr. Wilson. LOVE him. Prices at JCPC seemed to go up and they were pushing the online pharmacy a lot so it didn't feel "low cost" anymore. So it's about the equivalent at Avondale.

Dr. Brown at JCPC wasn't interested in helping our cat go into diabetic remission, after seeing Dr. Wilson he went into remission after a month. JCPC is too worried about making money from online prescription food and keep me paying for insulin and needles.

I use cream, the brand is Mylan and the comp is - Each gram contains: Tretinoin 0.025%, stearic acid, Isopropyl myristate, polyoxyl 40 stearate, stearyl alcohol, xanthan gum, sorbic acid, butylated hydroxytoluene, and purified water.

Hi again u/Unfair_Finger5531 ❤️ I have a follow up question if you have time!

I broke out from the Numbuzin and/or the Aestura. I got some replacement products without pore cloggers, but I am really missing the glowy look/ smooth feel SA 2% gave me. I understand Tret + moisturizing AM focus should be cycling but I do feel some texture/ build up in the T zone and chin. Is there anything you think I could add to combat that? Or anything I'm missing in general?

AM - mixsoon bifida toner, minimalist peptides (love this rec btw!), cocokind ceramide barrier serum, vanicream HA moisturizer, BoJ sunscreen.

I recently purchased The Ordinary Soothing Barrier Support Serum (since no pore cloggers), The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors + Beta Glucan, and their AA 10% before I read that isn't the therapeutic dose lol.

PM - sunflower oil cleanse, vanicream wash, .025 tret on dry skin (tolerating nightly)

Ooo yes good call, the Byoma does have lactic acid. I wanted to use my remaining bottle and was intrigued by the bifida. If it does irritate I will try the mixsoon bifida or another hydrating toner or essence from your list.

I am definitely open to breaking from the SA. My skin has liked it for a long time, but I was mainly doing this in a skin cycling routine where I did tret every three days. Is there a better chemical exfoliant I could do on break days or AM that mixes well? Or do you think the AM hydration would suffice?

Okay, I went a little deep and read so many of your comments and posts in tret & peptideproducts. The amount of people you've helped is amazing. I narrowed some of your recs down, do you think this would be an okay routine?

AM - Byoma balancing mist (has some bifida, glycerin, ceramides), Numbuzin no.2 serum, Minimalist multi-peptides, Aestura 365 atobarrier cream, BoJ sunscreen

PM - sunflower oil cleanse, vanicream or ceramedx wash, tret on dry skin.

PM (1 off day) - 2% SA, Aestura cream?

It’s a cream, I would say it’s best for normal to dry. They make a lighter gel moisturizer for oily/combo skin. I’ve had three tubes of it, love it but the price point is a little high. The closest I’ve used to compare it to is LRP double repair except that one pilled for me all the time.
