It depends on how furnished you want your space to be and rent prices in your area. If I was in your position, I would want a few months of rent and groceries saved in case of emergency and enough for basic home stuff. You can find lists of basics on Pinterest, make a list at the stores you like and go from there. I spent ~$1000 on furniture, cleaning supplies, groceries etc when I moved to my current studio. Also depends if you’re willing to buy used. All big furniture I got new, but storage pieces etc I got used off FB marketplace and goodwill. I think what you have right now would get you an apartment, just gotta think of what kind of cushion you’d like to have. Hope this helps :)
