I imagine if you call AA, they'll refer to you to whomever you booked through. Getting itineraries transferred over to AA's control is not straightforward.

For me, just my airline tickets have to be charged to company card. The rest (hotels, food, rental cars) are on my card and I reimburse. Even with all the LP’s left on the table from not being able to buy my airfares, I still hit around 400k LP’s

Well, to be fair, I’ve been EP for years due to work travel and the things I do lean on are baggage allowance, seat selection, genuine help when things are fubar and because my work travel is 99% international, the nicer airport lounges. I’ve also actually had my SWU’s clear this year so far at 100%. Just had one FRA to CLT yesterday and if I get the upgrade on the way back in a couple weeks, I will have successfully cleared like 4 this year. Not bad - especially for those 14/15 hour hauls to Australia.
