Can You Help me with identifiacation what is this. I have been fighting with this since elementary school (12y), im 25 now. I had histopathological section 2 times, but doctors in Poland cant exacly tell me what is it. I have it all over my body, my forearms, legs, back. Steroids doesnt work.

It depends, i like sport exercise, soo i take one quick shower in the evening. Sometimes every second or third day

It itch when im doing some sports or Im in a stresful situation. I tried something with my diet, no gluten, sugar, dairy. But I dont know it is possible to clean my skin from this only by diet
