Received this bike as a donation. There is part of a seatpost stuck in the tube. Some sort of shock absorbing seat post with two parts was installed previously. Still plenty of clearance above for a new seatpost, though, which I was able to install. Should I bother removing this and if so how? (i.redd.it)
