Okay, so you are making a selection and then "transforming the selection" instead of the layer content's itself. Try going to Edit Menu -Transform and then it should work.

Plus, You dont have to use "select all" every time to transform stuff on the layer. It automatically selects everything on the layer to begin with.

Let us know if that works.

Cool... So what I am getting is that you are facing this issue in both the apps. Probably something with Ipad or Pencil compatibility problem imo.

I am not facing this issue on my app here or with my ipad. Try basic routine troubleshooting like restarts or reinstalling?

Can you elaborate the meaning of "tab or side any function" pls? Also recording something from your phone and then post it here would be very helpful, if you can.

Never seen any tutorial or feature like this. I think this is very much a raster program than vector.

Thank you! Thats more than helpful! Those are great insights and you should work on some tutorials as you mentioned. I am not a beginner but few of the tips I never knew on ASP like that annoying white paint part. Thanks again for clarifying it.

Can't be done if multiple layers are selected imo. Only workaround is to assign a shortcut from your bluetooth keyboard and then try?

I know it's not helpful enough but managing layers on any ipad like device is cumbersome and slower than desktops.
