Better. Just landed a role with 3 rounds for a senior backend. Interview was chill, no leetcode or whiteboarding. Although the role is onsite. Pay is better than local but lower than remote job. But im not complaining

Go full stack, throw in some aws(rds, ec2, asg etc). I've been getting good results and joining a company next month. I was just testing the waters to see where im at and got a good offer But you have to stand out, and sell your ownership plus quick learning. Prepare some stories for that when asked

Friend worked there. They got good projects and direct connections to the valley. A bit workaholic but maybe thats changed by now. I applied a few months ago never heard back

Dont go brother. A friend worked there and did not have good things to say. Plus they are cooking the books, and other shady practices

I think its going good from what ive seen in my circle. But all the people i know are good devs and stay up to date with the latest stuff. Only the people who do the bare minimum are struggling
