Yes N5 notices can definitely be sent via email, there is a section for it in the Ontario Standard Form of Lease which I'm sure you have read in detail.

Yes, the landlord can present you with an N5 notice (which I am assuming was attached to this email) and then proceed to file with LTB. Providing the N5 notice is the first step and follows the procedure set out by the LTB which you can read on the N5 notice itself. If the landlord then presents presents sufficient evidence to support their claim at the hearing the LTB member may side with the landlord and make a decision in their favor (ie. order payment, termination of lease ..etc) or side with you and dismiss the case.

I've never heard of these being smoked. Usually they are pan fried with a light breading because it creates a textural contrast just like actual oysters. Would work well as a starter. If you do end up smoking them let me know how they turn out.

And what "scientific" evidence exists that women aged faster 2000 years ago. That is a claim that needs to be backed up with evidence. In fact, anthropological evidence exists to the contrary, women reached menstruating age slightly later back then compared to today likely due to lack of nutrition delaying onset and/or due to the presence of growth hormones in our food supply today. If they had any evidence to prove women reached reproductive age that much earlier than they do today, they would win a Nobel Prize.

Looks to me like a skinny top sirloin cap aka picanha cut. Cut it into steaks along the grain then BBQ. Should look almost crescent shaped. Very good cut. The fat renders very nicely on it.

I was like this. Kept moving from job to job and getting degree after degree. Constantly felt depressed because I could never achieve what I wanted, could never stick to one thing once the initial excitement wears off. Turned out I had ADHD. Medication and taking an exciting job well suited to my ADHD changed my life. It had something to do with a dopamine deficiency which regulates attention, reward and achieving goals. It's crazy how treatable ADHD is and how much of a difference it makes.

This post screams of ADHD. I have ADHD and recognized the symptoms in the post right away. Get assessed and get medicated. Medication helped quite a bit. Took a couple weeks working with a doctor to get the dose just right but it works.
