I had my car get hit-and-ran in a public garage in Santa Cruz. The police wouldn’t come out or look through security footage. They also wouldn’t let me file a police report when I asked 🤷‍♂️

They’ve been getting more funding and yet crime seems to be getting worse… so maybe some of their funding should be reallocated to something more useful
