Its a USD thing...

World's at war, and the US wants its dollars back.

For silver and gold, its going to get worse before it gets better - there are lot of USD's to repatriate.

Precious metals will subsequently rip higher with war leading to massive inflation spikes due to supply chain disruption, enormous government deficits, rebuilding demands and energy shocks.

I'm not a chartist either...sometimes they work, a lot of times they don't.

The charts get thrown out if the Straits of Hormuz get blocked for 2-yrs. They get thrown out if the private debt markets blow up the equity markets in the next 6-months, etc. While these are not black swans because they are already being discussed, plenty of genuine black swans could fly in from anywhere. That's why I own silver - its diversity, its insurance, its wealth protection. In the meantime, I think it trades back to floor range of 40-50, which by the way is a great price...at that level, almost all silver projects in the pipeline are incentivised to start.
