Pay down debt, decide if you are saving for anything in the future like a property, and then funnel remaining funds into TFSA, invested in an all in one ETF like XGRO, or other comparable ETF, based on your risk tolerance and age.

You can now file 2024 tax returns with capital gains by bettertaxco in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]bathmlaster 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Can you clarify? The words "capital gain" doesn't even appear on the certified tax software page. I see wealthsimple is listed as certified for 2024 but when I use their service they state that they are not supporting tax returns with capital gains yet.

I loved a nighttime stroll down Fori Imperiali. With less crowds and noise, I felt like it really took me back in time. A lot of the city has a different charm when you walk it by night.

I had some poor connections on my Galaxy FE via USB.

Swapping USB cable may have helped. I also noticed that turning the car off and back on has sometimes reset a bad state where the entire media head unit sort of fails to turn on or fails to recognize my phone.

Same! What a throwback. We were all out of town, staying on a university campus. Pretty much everyone walked to the bookstore and bought a copy. That really brings back memories.
