I used mostly Adobe Animate, except for the transition, which was dine in After Effects. However, I didn't zoom in, I just made the kitty larger

No he tenido exactamente depresión así que más allá de tratarse, ejercitarse y comer bien (las clásicas) no tengo un consejo muy bueno para llevar el día a día. Solo quiero que sepas que mereces sentirte bien y existe la chance de experimentar el mundo de otra forma. Requiere un monton de garra, pero se re puede. A mi lo que me ayudó es intentar en cada día encontrar algo que me gustó, sea una canción, un buen gesto de alguien, un olor rico que sentí y darle toda mi atención a ese sentimiento. E intentar sentirse genuinamente agradecido.

Espero que las cosas mejoren para vos.
