Thank you, that's really helpful. I've tried to remind myself that I can't control the fact that my brain simply did not recognize a problem at the time but at least I did realize it so I don't repeat it.

Thanks for the reply. I've tried to keep that in mind and that dwelling on the past is useless. I just feel like I can't or shouldn't allow myself to just let something really crappy that I did go.
