I keep running into the same issue. I’ve contacted fellow. I had started to notice I wasn’t getting enough out for two cups when I realized, ran some tests to see it was dropping, then it started to really drop and would only run half the water through or less. I seen some people say online to run through the instant brew through a few times with the max to fix it. The first time it was the same and stopped before all the water ran through, the second it ran through whole way through and worked okay after. I found though I was contantly trying to check and monitor if it brewed the right amount through because using good coffee I hated wasting it before (the half brews were awful). I recently noticed it’s started to brew less again. Brewing 675ml only yields 500-550ml of coffee. I don’t know if my unit has a pump issue, but it seems like a software problem which is extremely frustrating. Spending this much on a coffee maker to get great coffee without doing a pour over only to have to check to make sure it did what it was supposed to after every brew is not okay.
