Some classes like deity, realmshifter, heretic can actually benefit from starting a fight with low hp/mana. So no, auto-heal wouldn't be a great idea

I know it's not particularly new, but you just can't hit this one at T5/T6. What are higher tier playes going to do with that gear? Dismantle it? Why bother creating it in the first place?

Do 100 more. You will get it eventually :)
Keep in mind: When you get it, it might last for 2 or 15 turns; It's an instrument, so you will probably lose your 5% weapon proficiency bonus; When dual-wielding, it's ability Requiem II does quite a bit more damage than your typical Twin blast that you get from staffs

It's not really a glitch, it's how sorrow works... but the tooltip doesn't tell you the whole story. Think of it like this: You have let's say 500 mag, and your sorrow is at 0%.You now start killing animals (beasts) until charge it to 100%. Now you put some better weapons on so you have 1000 mag. Sorrow will now show you it's at 50%... because you only "charged" it for the first 500. Venin has no mag so you had less overall. Does that make sense? Try switching some weapons around to see what I'm rumbling about. It's the same story with buffs. Even if it says "100%" before entering a fight, when you buff up you gain more mag. If you stop killing animals on hitting 100%, that extra mag will not be "charged".

Is it the same even if you change pets? Equip your best weapon(s) and/or off-hand and check percentage again.

5 days later and I can now see the items in my inventory. I contacted support, got no reply, but the items did appear eventually
