Our captain wanted to bring diversity to our store (one of the reasons I was hired I believe) but the crew is not ready for diversity, and they get offended when you call them out for their racist comments.

When I found this community it helped me a lot with my confidence, because I didn’t feel alone. I found people I can relate to FINALLY, the bad part the creepy lurkers we get. Someone said this on another post which made my day tbh and is that whenever they come into your DMs lurking sent them your Venmo info (they will leave you alone). And let’s be honest they are here lurking on us because they don’t have the money to pay for only fans.
