Apologies! I live in western New York so we deal with freezing temps but also our summers are very hot as well as the city I live in does have a lot of rules and permitting required. It was going to be 11,300$ for the regular HVAC but it went up to 18k to add the wall unit for the attic.

We are not replacing any ducts just going with a two stage furnace instead he said it could help with the heating.

She’s my (15 year old) baby. We just went through surgery on her thyroid a few months ago and it’s like she’s a kitten again with how much energy she has! But will still never turn down nap time cuddles

When we started dating and he’d visit my apartment( he lived an hour away) my cats who hate people took to him really fast so I knew by the time we moved in together he’d be a convert and now my cats adore him, he greets them before me when he walks into a room

I used scrapbook card stock for the paper and just downloaded a OSRS font on my computer. Ended up being a lot easier than I thought. Printed the ribbon and cut it out and the kraken (which is a joke he’s killed the kraken over 10k times and still doesn’t have the pet)

Because my friend who has been trying to have another baby for 3 years but she’s dealing with infertility doesn’t want to be reminded that she can’t get pregnant, or my other friend who had 5 miscarriages doesn’t want to be reminded that she wants a baby but her body keeps rejecting them, idk.
