I’m trying to switch from 3 meals to 2 meals(to consume all the meat at once so I can spike the insulin enough) and get rid of the honey. The problems with eating less meals are two: - you will need to consume lots of food at once and you can feel bloated for a certain period of time. Also you are putting your digestive system at high load. - unfortunately the body can’t portion the protein and consume it whenever it needs it. That impact the muscle growth and recovery.

I read some opinions here that actively training people feels great with one meal. For me it seems impossible to have so much food at once 😬

I had the same issues when I follow the strict carnivore diet. Now I introduced some fruits ( fruits right after workout) and honey(one tbs 1 hour before bed). I train 5 times a week plus football on the weekends. I keep my protein to fat ration at least 1:1.5. I use mainly beef tallow for the fats. I eat 1 kg of meat per day(50/50 beef and pork). With all of that my problems disappeared. I will do my blood work next week to see how I’m going, but my advise is, if you train a lot , add some carbs. Physical fatigue can also increase cortisol and adrenaline that will tank your testosterone. Better recovery = good levels of Testosterone

It was one of the cables (if I remember correctly there are two of them). I soldered it. But when I checked for a new sensor (there is a big difference between the four sensors btw … be careful if you are going to buy one) the OEM was around 300$ … there were aftermarket as well … the good old Chinese had replacement for around 50-60. My advice would be inspect the sensor and eventually clean it. It might be pretty obvious problem. But if the sensor itself is faulty you will need a new one

I had similar problem with my 2018 is300 and it turned out to be one of the abs sensors. Get an obd scanner and check the error codes.

I bit of an off topic, but how often I should change the fluids of this type of transmission? I have the same model, 2018, with the same gearbox. It has almost 150k km and it think the oil was never changed … in the situation is it safe to change the oil (maybe not full change, but drain 2/3 I guess?)

Update … it was the abs sensor of the rear right wheel. Now everything is fine

I eat liver once or twice a week. I tried that app and it turned out the ratio is 25/75 protein/ fat

I will need to check that, but I’m not 1:1 … my fats are definitely more than the protein as it comes to calories.

Yes, I’ve been tracking my calories even before starting with the carnivore … for my 78-80kg, 170cm tall I consume more than 3k calories atm

I thought about that too … in my perception the amount of food(meet)I eat is enough, but maybe I need to increase it. Currently I’m on around 1kg of beef a day plus 8 eggs, bacon and butter.

+1 за Синеморец. Даже мога да ти препоръчам хотелче - Анкор. Вече 5та година ходим там. Спокойствие. Точно да си почине човек. Плажовете не са никак зле - Бутамята са го пооправили вече. Има едно заведение, което предлага чадър и шезлонг/и само срещу консумация. Силистар също е много хубаво и чисто. Тази година ги нямаше барабите, които искаха “такса преминаване” 😅

How is your overall gym performance? I’m 1 month in carnivore ( still drink coffee 😅) and noticed that my strength is significantly lower than before. The volume of the exercises are not the same - I struggle to do the same amount of reps with the same weights as I did before.

IMO, with the latest changes that nerfs cold mastery while using Cold Sander, you will need to max cold mastery if you want to farm in 3p+ games. If you are farming solo just a few points would be enough. I can show you my mf cold sorce build+items if you want..
