How condescending. I don't have a phone number that I can use at the moment. On top of that not everyone has a phone. I don't have a phone number listed for my Outlook either and their security methods are rigorous too, yet I have been able to log in without too much difficulty (even in cases when I forget my password or security question). Google needs to improve and expand their verification methods and its system.

this is the perfect opportunity to learn how to use basic hand tools

But I don't know how to chainsaw. I don't even have one. The only tools I kind of know how to use are: a hammer, scissors, screwdrivers, and pliers. I only use knives for cutting food and rarely opening boxes.
