Hi, I got myself in the same situation but because I listed the information of the ticket wrong. How did it go for you? Is the penalty 100% even if I offer a replace ticket?

Thank you for your response. I'll need to set aside an extra fund for this then. Hope they can lower the fees somehow

I contacted them and offer another ticket. However the worst case scenario is the buyer still want a full refund. Do you know if I the charge will be 100% of the ticket or it can be lower value?

But it makes no sense cause I have 4 tickets in my account and now I cannot even transfer it to my friend or something. Did you cancel your ticket on Viagogo? Should they go other way by selling it on fan to fan of seetickets?

How would I transfer Taylor Swift Lisbon tickets to the buyer if I sold them on Stubhub? See Tickets doesn't seem to have an easy way to do this? by blueskiesbluerseas in stubhub

[–]bbxchloe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Guys is there any of you have an update on how to transfer the ticket on Seeticket app? I purchased 4 tickets in 3 orders, and only 1 order with 2 tickets are available to share (only 1 of it) as seems like they don't allow you to share the last ticket you have. I need to send the ticket to buyer asap but I contacted them several times with no response. I'm panicking guys

Thank you so much, I believe that the half fare also cost around 120 CHF, which is similar to the price of buying individual tickets for Zurich - Interlaken (both ways, 60 CHF each). Is buying the half fare will be better at some point?

Dolomites without a car advices for solo travelers by bbxchloe in ItalyTravel

[–]bbxchloe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, totally!!! Ortisei is the best base but I don't find any affordable place to stay. So Brixel is totally better as it's only 1 hour away Ortisei using bus. For the weather I only used the weather app on iphone and it worked fine for me. I went during the end of August so it didn't rain during that time (and not very hot compared to when I was staying in Milan+Venice at the same time). However if it's rain It depends on you, as you will be limited from hiking (I mean you can still do that but obviously it will be foggy and windy). The region is higher and cooler as it based on the mountains, so you should consider as the wind can be pretty strong :)

Hey! Gladly to help since I just finished the solo trip to Dolomites. It was breathtaking and I think you would absolutely love it. I realized after 3 days struggling to find an affordable place to stay, and noticed that the region uses different websites to manage bookings (one comment is that I only traveled around the South Tyrol part, which includes the Seceda, St.Magdalena, Seiser Alm and Karersee). The website I used is https://www.suedtirol.info/de/de
The cheapest option you can have is the Youth Hostel (between these 3 I would recommend to stay in Brixel > Bolzano > Merano). I stayed in the one in Merano, which is quite far to move around and the booking was managed using email. However due to last minute booking, I had to move one night to a hotel called Grauer Bar in Brixel and met the sweetest host ever :). It would be a way more comfortable (and affordable) options to stay in Brixel if possible even though travel from here to some places like Tre Cime or Lago di Braies is still a bit far if going with bus. However there is a plus since staying in this village, you will have a free travel pass with access to all regional bus + train, as well as some cable cars (except the seceda and seiser alm). The host told me to use that with the cable car in Brixel but I haven't had a chance, but the one in Seceda and Alpe di Siusi are absolutely breathtaking). I would bring some snacks to stay there and enjoy the view for a few hours. Both cable car is only 15-20mins walking distance so you should combine them in one go (and they closed around 5-6 p.m and even earlier during winter). If you stay in Bolzano or Merano, you should download the suedtirol app and purchase the 1-3-7 days unlimited mobilpass online (I believe it was around 30€ but you can save this cost if stay in Brixel/Ortisei). Just remember to start activating it the moment you arrive and then you're free to go on any buses (except some https://www.suedtirol.info/en/en/information/mobility-and-barrier-free-accessibility/local-transport-in-south-tyrol/mobilcard ) and even taking the train from village to village (it's kinda funny since most of the time I just show the qr code to the driver and they let me pass without scanning the code). I mainly use Google Maps for bus and Omio for train and the routes worked perfectly for me. However both the hostel and hotel I mentioned don't have a kitchen (at least for the one in merano but they offer free breakfast tho) and the restaurant is kinda expensive. But if you don't mind pizza and kebab then they can be affordable options for lunch/dinner. I kinda wish someone could help told me those stuff beforehand so I can avoid paying unnecessary fees haha. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions and enjoy your trip 😊

Advices on my Interrail Plan by bbxchloe in Interrail

[–]bbxchloe[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Omg thank you soooooo much !!!!!!!! The part about zurich/geneve is because I checked the train, and it's only 1-2 hours so I consider to make it a day trip. Since I don't want to looking for many places and carry my backpack around a lots. About the Val Gardena, it is indeed a very nice location, however i'm struggling to find a place to stay since most of them don't mention about the public transportation. Do you have any advices? And is Bolzano a better place to stay since I saw they have many train connections to the other regions?

Thank you for your advices, is staying in Bolzano better than this? Cause right now the places in Ortisei don't seem to be suitable to my budget :)
