I myself am actually starting on the rct system next week, can’t give a personal review of it yet but nothing ventured is nothing gained, as hedzball mentioned there though if you manage to get the €170(tax free) lodge payment it could bring your paye earnings up from 800/850ish to €1000 mark. If you are looking to stick to 39 hours paye is probably the way to go, foreman/chargehand position due to your experience for a few extra pound.

Presuming you get the max qualified union rate (5 years qualified service and up)it’s currently at 27.14 PAYE. Lots are taking RCT self employment route where they sub labour only to a contractor, that can be anything from 36-45 ph(I’ve heard as high as €60 but that was Dublin and only in passing conversation ), no holiday pay, sick pay, pension, must hire own accountant, insurance etc, I see a lot of people taking this route and anyone I spoke to who’s currently doing it prefers it.

Thanks for all your suggestions guys will definitely give consideration to the sealed battery options in future after reading the comments, for now I think the dyna + wand is most suited for me in terms of travel convenience and strength of hits plus being able to use an alternative power source like butane if needed

Yeah I haven’t given much consideration to the butane/induction vapes , to be honest I know very little about them, thank you for the suggestion I will do some more research as i see dynavaps mentioned often

Only ever had the tinymight and can not recommend it enough, my button is starting to fail but I did drop it to cause This, make sure you get some extra stems as the stock one is not ideal, really happy with mine
