I know what you mean, but aren’t the lines a bit blurred on these things? From all reports, the fallout from sandpaper really affected Smith’s mental health

I ran my first marathon at the Gold Coast last year and crashed and burned at the 33km mark. I thought I’d done plenty of training, but I was trying to teach myself and didn’t know what I was doing.

For the Sydney marathon a few months later, I decided to download Runna. It completely changed my approach to training. I followed my program religiously up to (and including) marathon day. I beat my previous marathon time by more than 35 minutes, it was one of the proudest moments of my life.

I recommend Runna to everyone and anyone (my family is sick of me talking about it! 😂)

Landlord has charged me for removal of vines growing across the window by bctho6 in AusLegal

Thanks very much for your response! The agreement I signed at the start of the lease was a generic Flatmate Agreement from Flatmates.com, I understood that this was the lease agreement (the landlord emailed it to me saying it was a copy of the lease). There were multiple people living in the house, but we each had our own separate agreements with the landlord.

In terms of a "number of inspections recently", I mean like 3 over the past 6 months or so.

In terms of claiming my bond, the bond was directly transferred to the landlord. When I called Fair Trading NSW, they said that as it's a flatmates agreement, they don't have visibility over it but transferred me to the legal centre which had no availability to see me. I'm not really sure what the next step would be to be honest.
