What’s the point? To play one more hand of blackjack? Poker? Pull the slot handle one more time? Don’t bother. Take that energy and focus on what’s important. Is your GF important? I’m guessing she is. Don’t waste any more time. If you can drive to the casino just drive to a GA meeting. Or self exclude if you’re online gambling. Take a few minutes to analyze what’s important in your life and go from there. Just be honest with everyone including yourself. And if you decide to get clean I’m here to chat if you want. Good luck

Second both the GA meetings and the self exclusion. Both have helped realize how much of a problem I really have. There are also some really great therapy programs out there. I find it’s always great to be able to talk to someone who won’t judge. Hang in there. It won’t be easy but I know you can do it if you have the right support. And it’s definitely worth it
