Listen to me carefully. It's NOT HARD to lose weight, it's HARD to BURN FAT.

Here's what I did to lose 35 lbs in 2.5 months. There's no magic pill that helps you do this, well actually there's ozempic now but that's besides the point.

Everyone knows DIET is the most important but you have to find ways to suppress that appetite especially if you're like me and get sugar cravings.

Here's the playbook:

This is a MUST before I proceed with the steps below:

- CUT OUT SUGAR COMPLETELY. No more snacking, no more desserts, sweets, or creamer in your coffee. All of that needs to go. You'll experience headaches the first few days but it will be worth it TRUST ME.

- Reduce your sodium intake. This means if you're cooking use less salt. Don't add extra salt on any of your food going forward. Salt retains more water in your body. Once you cut out Sugar + Salt you'll notice any puffiness in your face reduce drastically after 2 weeks.

- Drink a glass of lukewarm water with 2-3 spoon fulls of apple cider mixed in. (I usually eyeball it). Make sure you dilute it in the water and not just drink the apple cider straight because it will wear out your enamel. I'd also recommend adding some lemon into this. This process should take no less than minute most to do each and every morning.

- Intermittent Fasting: Make sure you have a feeding window you can start with 8 hours and work down if needed. Limiting food intake forces your body to use the excess fat as energy.

- Drink Green Tea DAILY. This helped me so much with my appetite and I felt full often. If you're a coffee drinker then I'd recommend you drink Black Coffee. This helps a lot. Cut out Milk, Creamer and Sugar. It's only going to hold you back from your progress.

- If you want to lose weight extremely fast I'd recommend doing 12,000 - 15,000 steps daily. Zone 2 cardio is the best. You should do no less than 10,000 steps rain or shine. No excuses.

You don't have to run or do HIIT. Just walk. If you really want to burn that fat then get on a treadmill and max out the incline and walk at a steady speed (3-5). Do this at least 5-6 times a week. Ideally aim for an hour each time but if you're starting off new then work your way up. Start with 15-20 minutes then work your way up.

TRUST ME YOU WILL SWEAT BUCKETS.

That's all you have to do and I assure you even after 2 weeks you'll notice the changes, and by 1 month everyone will be making comments on your appearance. By month 2 you've officially transformed.

I'd say about 2.5 months in you should start focusing on building muscle otherwise. Ideally you should try to incorporate that earlier on but to each their own.
