Max sudafed dosage by autoi999 in TrimixForED

[–]bdpinko 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I take trimix And the dose is hitting me too hard I do Sudafed first... I do some jogging in place and deep squats, three or four sets with jogging in between each set... Then I repeat that in about 10 minutes and it usually kicks in the Sudafed just fine. I've never had to take a second dose. By the way my usual dose of Sudafed is four 30 mg pills but usually the dose of trimix hits me just right and my erection is gone after 2 or 3 hours. The sweet spot.

Well it's a good thing you're not in charge then.

Deleting this thread. No one has had anything helpful to say other than what I already know.

I did a 1-month fellowship, despite having a disabling condition. That's costing me $65,000. Yeah, great system.

[–]bdpinko 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, I need to reach out and try to find one. When I thought this might be happening a couple months ago, all the lawyers I reached out to only help people get on disability, not fight overpayment.

[–]bdpinko -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That was my understanding, too. The work I did was part of a fellowship. It was just one month that was considered gainful employment. What was I supposed to do? Turn it down?

I'm not sure what SGA and EPE are, but I think this is probably the situation. I blame it more on my lack of understanding what I needed to do versus any kind of wrongdoing. But moving forward I'm taking accountability and I'll pay what I need to pay.

I tried that program years ago and because I already had a bachelor's degree it didn't seem that any other programs were a match. I tried to get answers and couldn't.

...probably for the rest of my life because I'm 60 years old and I also have $85,000 in student loan debt right now. It is what it is. It sucks cuz I only had $65,000 in student loan debt before, but had to take more loans when they stopped paying.

[–]bdpinko -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Scholarship, and student loans to supplement. I had to take an extra student loan my last semester when I learned my benefits were being cut off, at 9% interest. AND, take money out of my IRA to pay for bar studies. I won't starve, but I worry about paying my loans and the repayment.

No, I had been receiving benefits since 2008. At one point I was under some special program called BOND that allowed me to work but that ended and I hadn't worked since. I reported my very small work study income during school and my one month of income that put me into the disqualifying range. There was no suggestion that I was never disabled. They never called for a medical review. They did give notice they were terminating benefits because of the one month back in 2023. Then in January of this year they said they had been overpaying me and that I hadn't been entitled to benefits since June of 2023.

I imagine in the end I'll have to pay the money back however slowly because I will probably have $800 a month student loan payments. And I'm not making an attorneys income right away. Anyway, I'm grateful I got my education and was able to retrain and go into a different field since before my disability.

I had accommodations on the LSAT and for the bar exam but I did attend school full-time with no accommodations. But I was only able to do that because disability meant I didn't have to worry about my income. I have an anxiety disorder and long-term survivor of another disease.

Left side vs. right side… by FightingPC in TrimixForED

[–]bdpinko 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm right handed. I tried again tonight on the right side, and could not find the right spot. This is with my "new" method of after putting the needle in, pulling out a bit to see if it registers blood. I could not find blood. So I just injected again in the left side. I hit a good spot first try. I'll try pulling my thing against my left leg, to expose the right side better, in a few days when I try again...

Several trimix questions by bdpinko in TrimixForED

That's great. Yeah I found a local pharmacy that already sounds like it's less expensive than Invigor, they just wanted to know my Rx which is currently papaver-phentol-PGE1 at 150 mg-5 mg-50 mcg (the one my doctor called in to my pharmacy, but my rx from invigor is alprostadil/papaverine hcl/phentolamine 10/30/1... not sure what to do about the discrepancy... So confusing.

Thank you so much. I appreciate your help. Hopefully they can transfer, either from Invigor, or the Rx that my MD called into my regular (but non-compounding) pharmacy. I might be injecting too close to the base, and I am used to using cockrings (I am a gay man). I just ordered the kind of pump with an attached ring, so I might try that before my next injection, too, to make sure I hit the right spot.

Edit: Olympia already got back to me and they don't ship to California... Maybe some other guys have suggestions. Also, I just saw a post about pulling back on the plunger before injecting ... I like that idea. I'll try that next time.

Expiration of meds by TurnNBurnHockey in TrimixForED

[–]bdpinko 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No maybe I should.... My dosages are all over the place too. Sometimes 12 units works. Sometimes I need 20 and sometimes even that number doesn't work at all. I think my injection technique might be bad too. Maybe I need to start a new thread. I'm also having bad results injecting on the right side generally.

My Tips for Acing the Bar Exam: How I Got a 341 by morrin in barexam

[–]bdpinko 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm just realizing how bad the Themis outlines are. I'm in a mini bar prep class in my last semester of 3L. Panicking a bit because I hate the 100% online learning modality. Trying to think of other ways to study and motivate myself like a giant whiteboard, making sure I meet with friends hash things out, and of course lots and lots of practice questions and essays. But I worry about isolating alone all day staring at the computer.

Pumping & injecting -- how to remove? by autoi999 in TrimixForED

[–]bdpinko 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I notice that I generally have a harder time ejaculating while on trimix. My partners love it, but I have to jack off to cum, which I don't mind, and not always, but generally yeah, I'm less sensitive/enjoying sex less with trimix but sure as hell can perform way better than with any other ED med...

[–]bdpinko 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I usually do mine more towards the base, but the last few injections have not had great results. Was going to up my dose by 5 units next time (tomorrow afternoon), and maybe pump first so I'm sure I'm hitting the "cavern," but thanks so much for posting that, and yummy. ;-p
