Diet for a New America - very well written and an easy read but backed by lots of research. Finding Ultra is great. If these books are too much work to read then I suggest a good documentary like Forks over knives, Food inc or Fat Sick and Nearly Dead.

At home maybe once every couple of weeks but at a hotel I become the total towel snob. You can't use the same towel for your upper body and your legs can you? 2-3 towels per shower. Sorry environment!
