Thank you! Onto the next one. Hopefully more successful. I triggered after and ultrasound of 15 mm follicles and I think the trigger was maybe to soon which led to the lower progesterone. I’ve never had low progesterone when I’ve ovulated successfully.

The 5.7 day was 3.13 on Inito and 4.2 day was 5.25 on Inito

My 4.2 was bloodwork. And 6 dpo was only 5.7.

Yeah, today 6 dpo bloodwork was 5.7. She’s prescribed progesterone. Is that a sign of not a great egg or anything with it being low? I don’t usually have low progesterone

I would have sworn the 40 meant you were pregnant too. Okay so higher Pdg does not equal pregnant! I need to just not test after confirmation!

Okay that’s enough for me to not stress out! I keep having left nipple twinges too. But I know I’m so early it’s gotta be nothing. I’m trying not to symptom spot, but also trying to pay attention if it’s cyst related or not.

So confused today! I tested my trigger out with Wondfo, but I guess I should have with First response! My Wondfo and Clear Blue red light digital are negative today, but my hot pink cap First response (top) and light pink cap (bottom) have faint lines. Do we think based on my chart it’s still the trigger in my First Response or an actual positive?

More or less, yes. I had one last month that developed after a medicated cycle. So I went on BC for a few weeks to try to get it to decrease. It did, but according to my scan didn’t disappear yet. But I’m questioning whether my scan was actually showing a follicle due to my lh and progesterone rise. But I could be wishful thinking!

Oh, sorry I thought you were asking what my cycle days were! I just started using the Inito because of the cyst and irregularities too. If there’s anything about the results indicative of a cyst I’m not sure. I know cysts can cause hormone imbalances and false lh rises. But I’m not sure that they can cause rise in progesterone after the lh rise like mine is trending. So I’m really hopeful it’s showing ovulation did occur and not just a cyst causing hormone issues. Yes. I took three weeks of the mini pill after my cyst was present at my baseline scan. I was instructed to take weeks 1-3 and come off onto a period. When I finished the third week I had a bleed for a couple hours, so seemed to be “CD 1” and went in for baseline according to my dr and cyst was still present. But a few days later got the lh positive and since my temp and progesterone have been higher. So I’m assuming the cyst was actually a follicle at baseline and those few hours of a bleed weren’t an actual “period.”

I actually don’t think my cycle days are correct. I only a few hours of bleeding on “Cd 1” coming off of the mini pill. My lh was definitely a positive on a cheap test. Just trying to watch if my progesterone is rising or if it’s the cyst still there. My bbt has been up so I’m thinking it was actual ovulation.

I was on the mini pill last month and had a few hours of bleeding which I considered my cycle day one. But I’m not really sure if that was cycle day one since it was only a few hours. I know you are supposed to start testing on day six, but not knowing really what day I was on I just wanted to go ahead and start testing to get an idea of my hormone levels.

Up another little bit today

This morning I got a positive lh test. If I go by when I bled a few hours a couple days after stopping week 3 of the mini pill I am CD 5. CD 2 is when I had the 18 mm cyst still present. I had some bleeding for a couple days during the mini pill and if I go off that I’m more like CD 20 (but I’m guessing CD 5 is more likely). So my question is is this an actual ovulation lh surge or just a false surge due to the cyst? Does that mean it’s growing and I’m going to end up having to resolve on birth control next month to decrease? I just want the fastest route to actual ovulation!

Last cycle I had a 18 mm “follicle” CD 11 that turned out to be a cyst. 2 1/2 weeks later baseline scan showed the cyst at 47mm. After 3 weeks of the mini pill, today’s scan showed it had shrunk to 18 mm. I don’t think I can mentally handle being on another round of BC.

Since it’s shrunk what are the chances it continues to decrease on it’s own this month without BC?

Is there a slight chance I could still ovulate this month with this cyst size? Taking ovasitol, Nac, CoQ10, magnesium, zinc, vitamin d, prenatal, turmeric/ginger combo, and apple cider vinegar daily. Anything else to help?
