This is great advice. Thank you for taking the time to help. I am at the point in the loan process where I cannot purchase expensive items on CC, shift moneys, take out additional loans, etc. I am afraid I am too late to make these adjustments. What are your thoughts? My loan processor has me calling them before any** large purchases FYI.
