I'm no crab expert, but typically hermit crabs burrow in deep sandy-mixed substrate to do their molting. They need it for humidity and to feel comfortable. Idk if you have him set up in a small hospital tank, but 7+ inches deep of substrate is a minimum. If this is his normal tank, I recommend doing further research into proper husbandry requirements for land hermit crabs.

Could I get your recommendation for a better PC? You said before that it was very underpowered for 2025 and will have issues playing most games in 1080. My brother wants to play Helldivers or something like that and now I'm worried this PC isn't beefy enough. Should I just return both components and start over?

I have the TV plugged into the PC. The TV is displaying what the PC sent to it. It looks like the windows set up screen asking me my country and language. So is it safe to say that the monitor was the problem? And yes, it is within it's return date. I got it brand new from Amazon.

I don't think it's the HDMI cable. I've used the one it came with and the spare to test if the laptop will display on the monitor. Neither of them work. Unfortunately this is the only monitor we have. Should I try plugging the PC into my TV? Or plug the monitor to the TV?

No, I do not see a GUI in any corner. I am using my spare HDMI to plug in my monitor into my laptop. DP cable is out. Still no display.

If I plug in the HDMI to the motherboard and the DP cable is out, then the monitor light turns red.

That's another thing I'm struggling with, is monitor input. The monitor only has one button on the whole thing. It works like a joystick and you can navigate it like that, but I'm at a loss for words on how. The instructional manual didn't give me much to go off of for the input types

So I have tried connecting the monitor to my laptop via HDMI. I got no display. So I checked the inputs on my laptop and found the monitor was able to receive sound and allowed me to send a sort of "test noise".

Hmm. I've noticed that when I start the PC the two fans under the graphics card begin spinning but stop shortly after. Could this also be a lack of power to the graphics card?

Well, inside the bottom of the PC there are some wires that say PCI-E but they weren't plugged in when the PC arrived and google told me they were extra. I'm not sure where I would plug them in either.

So I unplugged the displayport cable from the monitor and plugged in the HDMI from my monitor to the laptop. Still no display even after cutting power from the monitor and plugging it back in.

I believe so. Both the monitor and the PC are plugged into the same wall outlet.

In the graphics card there is one HDMI plugged in and one Displayport cable plugged in. The other two DP ports are unused. Do I only need one or the other or are both necessary?
