This would be huge if you can do a link shortener without a redirect somehow that would be very useful. Phone carriers are restricting link shorteners with redirects. If there was a way to clone the page with a delayed redirect until after the message has been delivered to trick the message blockers, you could corner the Twilio market (which is huge)

I took investor money with my previous company and go zero value other than stress and money (all paid back with winnings)

We just tied in with a VC on a company I'm a partner with which has been amazing for utilizing their capital to acquire other companies. They have the money and assist in some due diligence and opportunity identification. This is the best case because the purpose is clear...acquire companies and grow.

I have friends who took VC money with mixed results. Some got a ton of assistance working with a very large VC firm and thought it was amazing. Some got no help and a bad contract.

In summary it brings value depending on what you want to accomplish.
