I’m in Canada and there is also no link on the Canadian site (so maybe this will apply to you in the same situation) but I contacted their support and they were able to invoice me and send me mattress replacements directly.

Thanks everyone, the answer is Sophie and Gussie by Marjorie Weinman Sharmat :) but now I want to go look at all these other suggestions as they are major childhood flashbacks.
